Thanks for sharing! A person’s attitude to his body is an integral part of self-attitude and accumulates its essence. Self-awareness is dialogical. The attitude towards oneself exists and develops in the form of an internal dialogue. The body has an instrumental value: it must be strong, beautiful, healthy, i.e. a good tool for achieving any goals.
