Option 2: Stash away the project binder with your Christmas decorations. Next year, when you open up your Christmas decorations, you will have a nice "surprise" waiting for you! Look through your old memories, and create a new binder of memories for that year. Repeat each year. By the time the kids head to college, you have both a beautiful collection of memories, and an established holiday ritual!
